Objective // Firmly establish a luxury brand for and market condominiums within a new 22-story beachfront resort tower on the western (redeveloping) end of Panama City Beach, Florida.

Solution // Initial “pre-construction” sales phase resulted in 92% sellout, with an aggressive marketing program to create immediate interest for remaining unsold units and create regular communication channel with “pre-construction” buyers to encourage/inspire purchase satisfaction until closing and beyond. After completion of tower, branding efforts shifted to marketing 100+ units on the resort rentals program.
