Singleton named production manager

LWT Communications, a mar­keting, media and web develop­ment firm in Montgomery, an­nounced that Megan Singleton has joined the firm as production man­ager.

Singleton attended Troy Uni­versity and recently relocated to Montgomery from Nashville where she worked for the law firm of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP.

Hardy appointed as sales agent

C. Sean Hardy, formerly of Alfa Insurance Corp., has been appoint­ed by Russ Chandler as a sales agent with Chandler Insurance Agency LLC.

Hardy is a 1993 graduate of Troy State University and brings with him 15 years of insurance ex­perience in underwriting, sales and customer service. Hardy has been married to Shannon Hardy for 15 years and has two children, Taylor and Brooke, who attend Macon East Montgomery Acade­my. They are members of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church.

Baggiano joins sales team

AEGIS- Michaud Properties, Inc. welcomes Kate Baggiano to their sales team.

Born and raised in Bulgaria, Baggiano has gained international experience in sales and customer service for 15 years. Prior to her career in real estate, Baggiano owned and managed a retail busi­ness in her hometown of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, worked with The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, UAE, Gulf Air in Bahrain, and was the leading leas­ing consultant at Lincoln Towers in Arlington, Va.

Agents obtain broker designation

AEGIS- Michaud Properties congratulates three agents on the completion of extensive training through the Alabama Real Estate Commission and obtaining their associate broker designation.

Chrissy Bianchi, a resident of Alabama for the past 20 years, is an Auburn graduate and the moth­er of three daughters, Maria, An­drea and Geena.

Anna Kate Ingram, born and raised in Pike Road, graduated from Auburn with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing.

Sally Byrd, the daughter of a USAF colonel, is an Auburn gradu­ate and a 29-year Montgomery resi­dent with 13 years of real estate ex­perience.

Max names new VP of mortgage services

Kenneth Hill was recently named Vice President of mortgage services for MAX Credit Union.

Hill adds 15 years of manage­ment and lending experience to MAX. He previously was the man­aging partner for Covenant Mort­gage. Hill has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Faulkner University.

Durbin appointed to trustee board

James D. Durbin of Prattville has been appointed to the board of trustees for the Automotive After­market Association Southeast Health Fund. The announcement was made by AAAS Health Fund Chairman Brian T. Keith of Walter S. White Auto Parts Inc. in Bir­mingham.

Durbin is the owner of Durbin Auto Parts, Inc. in Prattville.

Durbin Auto Parts is an inde­pendent Carquest jobber and has been a member and strong sup­porter of AAAS since 1978. The AAAS Health Fund is a group health/life/dental/vision pro­gram sponsored by AAAS Inc. which is a nonprofit trade associa­tion representing the automotive parts manufacture, distribution, service and repair industry in Ala­bama, Georgia and Mississippi.
