maf honored at 7th district spring conference
The Montgomery Advertising Federation (MAF) was honored by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) at the 7th District Spring Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee in April for Gold and Silver ADDY® awards and Club Achievement Awards. This conference was filled with awards at the district level, which includes 25 chapters from Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
MAF received one professional Gold ADDY®, two Silver professional ADDY® awards and one student Silver ADDY® award. MAX, Your Community Credit Union was the recipient of the Gold ADDY for its radio spot, “Merger-Go-Round.” LWT Communications won a Silver ADDY® for Public Service/Interactive for “Tuskegee Airman Memorial Web Site” and a Silver ADDY for Collateral Material/Invitation for “New Park Groundbreaking Invitation.” Keiichi Shibuya, a student from Troy University won a student Silver ADDY® for “Kapellmeister’s Note: The Most Prestigious Collection for the Luxurious Lifestyle Web Site.” MAX, Your Community Credit Union’s Gold ADDY entry will automatically advance to the AAF National Convention held in Atlanta, Georgia on June 8-10.
