Jim Leonard, Principal
Heavily involved in day-to-day client relations, media supervision and creative development, Jim lends his wisdom to everything the agency produces. He has worked with local, regional and national accounts for over 20 years and is well versed in strategic marketing and integrated communications campaigns.
David Allred, Principal
David is responsible for agency operations and provides both the company and our clients with business and marketing leadership. He is experienced in account management, strategic planning, database management and new media integration.
Camille Leonard, Senior Art Director
Camille’s design and conceptual skills have been instrumental in creating some of the agency’s most admired and successful work. Her efforts help LWT deliver a creative product that rivals any agency, large or small. And her numerous awards during more than 20 years in the business have proven Camille’s creative leadership ability.
Karla Merritt, Senior Art Director
With more than 12 years of agency experience, Karla is responsible for developing creative concepts and content for a variety of agency clients. Her background includes work for accounts such as FedEx, Hilton Hotels, International Paper, University of Memphis as well as various casino and gaming clients.
Lani Ashner, Senior Account Executive
Successfully executing strategic marketing campaigns for a wide variety of local and regional accounts, Lani’s dedication to client service, attention to detail and broad range of experience are exceptional. She draws on more than 20 years of experience with media companies and advertising agencies from Atlanta to Texas.
Roberta Pinkston, Senior Media Buyer
Roberta is a media veteran, with successes that encompass planning, buying and placement. Her account experience includes Rheem Manufacturing, Great Southern Wood and Shoe City. She was the Top Buyer for Coca Cola USA in 1992.
